Affordable Fees

Certain Estate Litigation Cases: No Fee Unless We Win

When you are mourning the loss of a loved one and find yourself in the middle of a possible lawsuit over a will or trust, the last thing you should have to do is worry about how you will pay for a lawyer to protect your inheritance. That’s why we offer representation on a contingency fee basis for certain cases—including highly contested estate litigation and will and trust disputes. If we agree to represent you on a contingency fee basis, you only have to pay our legal fees at the end of litigation and only if we win your case. We will help explain the probate fees in New Mexico. Contact us today for a free, no-obligation consultation to find out if we can assist you on a contingency fee basis.

Flexible Payment Options

We offer a variety of payment options for our clients in both contested and uncontested estate and probate cases.

Flat-fee rates start at just $2,999 plus administrative expenses, taxes, and costs for simple, uncontested probate matters.

By charging simple, easy-to-understand rates for project milestones, we can provide clear and predictable costs for estate administration and give peace of mind.

For other cases, including some probate disputes or will contests, we offer flexible payment options, including the option to pay for services at the end of a case rather than upfront at the beginning.

Perhaps most importantly, under certain circumstances, legal fees paid by a Personal Representative to process the estate can be recovered from the Estate’s assets. And so can probate fees in New Mexico paid by an interested party or heir to correct errors or misconduct by a personal representative. That means the amount you have to pay “out of pocket” may be reduced—or even fully recovered—making it much more affordable to hire a lawyer than you may have expected. Contact us today for a free, no-obligation legal consultation to see if we can help you with your probate issues.
