Attorney David Ferrance

David is a trial and appellate lawyer who takes pride in winning cases in court through tireless research and effective written and oral advocacy. He has tried multiple trials and advocated for his clients at hearings in courts throughout New Mexico. Between his multiple clerkships and years of appellate practice, he has handled hundreds of cases on appeal. He takes pride in finding the most up-to-date legal authority to win cases quickly and efficiently and to protect those victories on appeal. He is frequently hired by other lawyers to take their cases up to the highest courts in the land for decisions on complicated legal issues.
