Attorney Will Hancock
Will, a native of Rugby, England, graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he founded the Student Space Law Society—the first and only space law organization in New Mexico. Before joining NM Probate & Estate Lawyers, Will worked for a well-known personal injury litigation firm, where he honed his skills in complex litigation and case management. Will’s practice is shaped by a strong commitment to client-centered service, and he is known for his focused, empathetic approach, particularly in probate matters, where he values the opportunity to guide clients through meaningful transitions. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and dogs, embracing the beauty of the Southwest.
