Attorney Eric Ortiz

Eric is a trial lawyer and mental health counselor in training. Eric cut his teeth as a lawyer suing banks and defending people in foreclosure. He has also practiced in probate litigation for over a decade. His focus as a mental health professional is death anxiety and complex personality problems. He takes pride in defending peoples’ rights in court while helping them navigate the (often) frustrating, difficult, and emotionally taxing probate process. Eric has tried dozens of trials and handled hundreds of hearings in probate, real estate litigation, foreclosure, consumer protection, and personal injury cases.
